One of our favourite things at Apps for Good is when we have the opportunity to sit down and talk with members of our Educator Community and hear about their experiences teaching the course everyday in the classroom.
Recently we had a chance to catch up with Apps for Good Ninja Educator Ivan Langton, Head of ICT & Computing at Budehaven Community School, Cornwall, who revealed that the course has not only impacted his students but his own teaching. ‘It has developed how I teach, it has developed how I interact with my classes,’ says Ivan, who uses the skillsets developed teaching Apps for Good across other lessons. The opportunity to link with other teachers involved in the Apps for Good movement is also something that Ivan, particularly being based in North Cornwall, has enjoyed about the course.
